Export Controls
Cambric offers world-class engineering support services. The export of technical data and provision of these services often implicate export controls. The United States and other countries control the export of certain products, services and technical data as part of an international effort to combat the proliferation of munitions, weapons of mass destruction and related technologies. These controls take the form of export regulations and license requirements. Whether a product requires an export license can depend on the product or service itself, the end-user and/or the end-use. Cambric, its employees and its agents are subject to U.S. export control laws that prohibit or restrict (i) transactions with certain parties, and (ii) the type and level of products, services, and technical data that may be exported.
As part of the express consideration provided for receipt of Cambric’s services, you, our customer, acknowledge that the export, re-export or other transfer, directly or indirectly, of the technical data and/or services provided by Cambric in violation of U.S. law is prohibited. Customers acquiring goods and/or services are responsible for obtaining any necessary U.S. or other government authorization required to ensure compliance with applicable export laws.
